Another Prop. 8 Decision Due This Morning

Not that it will make any real difference. This decision is coming from a three judge panel of the Ninth Circus, so we're already pretty sure how that's going to go. I fully expect them to declare a constitutional amendment unconstitutional.

Nothing will change regardless of how the decision comes out because this issue is destined for the Supreme Court. Until then, this is just a distraction.

UPDATE:  As expected the Ninth Circus ruled Prop 8 unconstitutional.  On to the Supreme Court.

Justice Reinhardt wrote the Prop 8 decision. He's married to former head of So Cal ACLU, so this decision certainly isn't a surprise.  I believe Reinhardt holds the record as the most reversed appellate judge in history.
