Here's what we can all look forward to - $4 a gallon gas. This is the Chevron at Del Obispo and Ortega Hwy in San Juan Capistrano, and I admit this one's an outlier since it's always 25 cents or more a gallon higher than everything else around here, but these prices are coming to a station near you.
