Did Obama Get a Heads-Up On the Supreme Court Vote From Elena Kagan?

Drudge seems to think so:
A lot of people are finding it curious that Obama took a pointed shot at the court yesterday, three days after the court met to vote on the cases that were argued last week. Those votes are often final, but not always as the justices read the opinions offered by justices on both sides. Some are suggesting that Obama may have been tipped off by Kagan, who wrote the defense for Obamacare while Solicitor General, and the effort yesterday was an attempt to pressure justices into changing their votes.

If he'd been tipped off to a vote that had gone his way do you think he would have made that speech? I doubt it.

Personally, I hope some justices find it offensive and instead of 5-4 the vote against Obamacare goes 6-3 or 7-2.
