What makes this order even more irresponsible is that the Supreme Court is expected to rule on U.S. v Arizona soon. It's as though Obama is trying to make the rule of law ambiguous.
If Obama can pick and choose which duly enacted laws are enforced, can he pick and choose from which states electoral votes are accepted?Don't expect him to go quietly.
One more thing: The Washington Post published on Sunday a lengthy article on Obama's two competing constituencies -gays and Latinos (President Obama bristles when he is the target of activist tactics he once used, June 10, 2012). The theme of the piece was that gays were pretty happy with Obama while Latinos were not.Today's move may have been in direct response to that article.
