Battleground Poll - Dead Heat

The poll I watched closer than any other in 2000 and 2004 was the Battleground Poll, prepared jointly by Republican and Democrat polling firms. Here's where it stands today:
The show Obama with a 1% lead, within the margin of error (which means McCain could just as easily be in the lead). I think you can thank Joe the Plumber, Joe the Biden, the word "socialism", and Sarah Palin's pounding of Obama on the stump for the closing numbers.
