MSNBC's Chris Matthews said that Kennedy had "turned the ball over to Barack."From what I can tell Obama hasn't had near enough arrests, affairs, or drunken episodes to be a Kennedy.
"Barack is the last [Kennedy] brother," Matthews said on NBC's "Today" Show.
