Only 28% Support Lawsuit Against Arizona

Once again the Obama administration is on the wrong side of the public:
Voters by a two-to-one margin oppose the U.S. Justice Department’s decision to challenge the legality of Arizona’s new immigration law in federal court. Sixty-one percent (61%), in fact, favor passage of a law like Arizona’s in their own state,up six points from two months ago

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 28% of voters agree that the Justice Department should challenge the state law. Fifty-six percent (56%) disagree and another 16% are not sure.
Utah, South Carolina and Oklahoma have immediate plans to enact laws similar to Arizona's, and 14 other states are considering it. Rhode Island already checks immigration status on every traffic stop and has for years, one of the things the Obama administration has warned about. Will they be suing Rhode Island next?

I would think that only an idiot would be for the suit by the Feds against the state of Arizona
with regards to their Immigration Law. This law mirrors that of the Federal Government, there is NO racial profiling. A officer of the law has to have a justified reason to apprehend someone for breaking a law before they are allowed to question a persons legal status here in the U.S. Naturally, if you don't have any identification you immediately become suspect, and if you can't speak the English language you will be even more suspect. I hope that Arizona can win this one because Mr. Obama and his team of America haters want to do all they can to see the North American Union take place rather than for the U.S. to remain a sovereign nation.

Those Dems just keep digging that hole.

In November they will fall into it.

Of course that will be Bush's fault too.
