FEMA has stopped referring to the our political overlords as the "federal government", but has started using the term "federal family". That's classic paternalism, apparently placing Obama as the head of our new "family".
I don't know about you, but I kind of like the family I've got and am not interested in millions of new relatives who just want to live off my earnings.
