Whether or not this is a tongue-in-cheek political comment or a serious policy, it does represent the thinking of an awful lot of American businessmen today who are choosing to sit on their cash rather than invest it in new employees. The reason - they simply do not know how much those employees are going to end up costing them thanks to onerous regulation and Obamacare. Until that is sorted out, and that probably won't happen as long as Obama is around, the businesses simply can't afford to take the risk of expanding their work force.
