Kerry Loses Election

No, not that election. A largely underreported fact is that John Kerry's sister has spent much of the past few months in Australia trying to make the case the Prime Minister John Howard is some kind of puppet of the U.S. and that the people of Australia are in more danger because he has chosen to side with Bush.

Another largely ignored fact is that Australia is the only country in the world that has sided with the U.S. in every military conflict for the last 100 years. They're good folks down there.

The people of Australia spoke today, and John Howard won reelection. Chalk this up as the first of two Kerry defeats in national elections.
