Last Call For This Beer Drinker

Here's a report of a recent incident on an airline flight that ended badly for the disruptive party (HT Hugh Hewitt):
Prosecutors are investigating the death of a man who was subdued by fellow airline passengers after he became disruptive on a New York-bound flight, a spokesman said yesterday. William Lee was pronounced dead late Friday after he was removed from the American Airlines flight at Kennedy International Airport. The cause of death had not been determined. Lee, 48, of New York, had been refused another beer before the incident, the airline said.

I don't know just what happened. Somebody probably got a little too aggressive with this guy, or possibly he was in bad shape to start with and had a heart attack during the struggle. Either way, I think it's safe to say that in America these days, there's precious little tolerance for people who choose to disrupt a flight. One of the fastest ways to the pearly gates is to stand up on an airliner and threaten somebody.
