Hurricane Rita Has a Bullseye on Houston
Hurricane Rita has diminished in strength just slightly, as expected, but will still be one big bad storm when it arrives at the coast. The current forecast track has it making landfall pretty much right on Galveston Bay, and still shows it as a hurricane by the time it gets up near Dallas early Sunday morning. The forecast track has it almost going straight up I-45. This thing's going to be a real mess.
