The 25th Anniversary of John Lennon's Death

Today marks 25 years since the shooting death of former Beatle John Lennon, and I feel....nothing. Imagine me, not caring.

I wasn't a fan then and I'm not now. I thought he was a drugged out hippie freak, and his song "Imagine", which everybody will be singing tonight, is pretty much mindless drivel.

He certainly didn't deserve to get gunned down on a New York street by some deranged fan, and it's too bad he had to come to that end. Maybe his later years would have resulted in something more meaningful.

Besides that, anybody who sings "give peas a chance", can forget it. I hate peas.
