Justice Department Opens Leak Investigation

The Justice Department has announced that it is opening an investigation into the leak of the secret NSA eavesdropping program. I suggest they start with the NY Times reporters who have been flogging the story for over a week. Since they probably won't cooperate, perhaps Judy Miller's old cell is still available.
