Make 'em Do Their Own Taxes

I like this suggestion from Craig Lalley (h/t Political Diary)

"I think it ought to be federal law that our legislators, every single one of them, should be required to file their own taxes. It should be further mandated that no one be allowed to help or assist the legislators, except for the 800# IRS hotline. I think the sooner the law gets passed, the sooner we have a chance to make some changes" -- political activist Craig Lalley, writing at blogger Chuck Muth's website.

I'd pay to see that.
