Kenseth Hits Everything But the Pace Car

NASCAR driver Matt Kenseth had a rough day yesterday, and his bad luck has continued today. During yesterday's race in Chicago he was leading the race when spun out with 5 laps to go, ran out of gas during the caution, and then as he crossed the finish line bumped another car and crashed hard into the wall and ended up finishing 21st. This is the second year in a row Matt has led the most laps in Chicago but failed to win the race. Matt really wants to win in Chicago because he's a Wisconsin native, and Chicago is as close as the Cup series gets to his home state.

Things didn't perk up for Matt when he got to Indianapolis on Monday for the NASCAR test session there (from Jayski):
Meanwhile Kenseth has crashed four times in the last 24 hours. Twice during Sunday's race at Chicagoland Speedway, once on the track during the Indy test and once on his way to the Indy test. His rental car was stopped at a stop light when he was slammed from behind by a student driver. Nobody was hurt. Kenseth said the driver and the instructor wanted to stop and talk with Kenseth about fixing the damage however he needed to get to the track. Kenseth said; "They wanted to fix it but I didn't care if the bumper was laying on the ground or not. It was a rental. I'd rather pay for it then mess with that."
Matt needs to get back to North Carolina before he hurts himself.
