Somebody At The Airlines Needs to Wake Up

Two headlines on Drudge this morning:

JETBLUE NIGHTMARE: STUCK WAITING ON PLANE FOR 10 HOURS

Grounded DELTA flight kept passengers trapped for 11 HOURS...

What are these airline operators thinking? Even if there aren't any open gates, how hard is it to order up a bus and take passengers to the terminal?

It's just a matter of time before somebody goes completely bonkers on one of these "flights from hell" and somebody gets hurt.
