The Marathon is Over

Let me tell you about my day:

3:35 am - departed South Orange County
10:00 am - arrived in Rohnert Park 450 miles from home (it's 50 miles north of San Francisco)
10:15 am - left Rohnert Park with HolyCoast daughter
5:15 pm - arrived Monterey Park, site of the Western Band Association championships. Hung out there until 8:30 so we could see Mission Viejo High School perform
8:30 pm - departed Monterey Park
9:15 pm - arrived home (thank God!). Total distance driven - 938 miles.

I think I'm gonna need a butt transplant. I'll talk to you sometime Sunday.
