ANAHEIM – Authorities identified a motorcyclist Monday who was killed after going over the concrete barrier of a freeway connector and plunging down into oncoming traffic on the 91 freeway. The real victim in all this is the poor lady that struck him after he landed on the freeway. That's going to be hard to live with even though she did nothing wrong.
Mark Ramey, a 22-year-old man from Moreno Valley, was riding a Yamaha motorcycle at a high rate of speed at 6:10 p.m. Sunday when he was merging from the eastbound 91 to the northbound 57 through the car-pool flyover, said California Highway Patrol officer Jennifer Hink.
Ramey lost control of the motorcycle for an unknown reason and struck the concrete barrier. The Moreno Valley man went over the barrier and landed on the 91 freeway, in the way of oncoming traffic.

Another case of motorcycle plus young driver plus speed. Add in a flyover bridge (which you're not supposed to actually fly over) and that's a combination that isn't going to turn out well:
