CHICAGO (CBS) ― The U.S. Supreme Court says Americans have a right to own guns for self-defense and hunting, and the ruling will likely invalidate the 26-year-old ban on handguns in the City of Chicago.If Chicago was smart they'd save themselves a lot of legal fees and remove the ban now. They can't win the case.
In fact, the Illinois State Rifle Association has already filed a lawsuit challenging the Chicago ban. They filed the suit within 15 minutes of the high court's ruling.
Somebody should ask the Obamessiah what they should do? I'm sure his answer would be enlightening.
