Happy 4th - Malibu Starts the Fireworks

With temperatures in the 90's and humidity in the teens, this July 4th is not a good day for fires in Southern California, and once again, Malibu is burning. A fire broke out about 3:10 in the hills above the beach community and is rapidly spreading. The winds aren't bad yet, but everything is so terribly dry that it's going to be tough to get this one out anytime soon.
