I've thought for a long time that somebody in the Chicago machine has been grooming Obama for a years and pulling the strings along the way. They found an intelligent, charismatic young man who could be molded as they wished, made sure he left no paper trail to create problems in later years, and quickly moved him through the system. He is their key to the White House.
Unfortunately, they didn't monitor his relationships very well. His connections to unrepentent terrorist William Ayres, racist preacher Rev. Jeremiah Wright, con man Tony Rezko and others have left him an intelligent man with a poisoned mind. At heart, he is a street thug radical leftist who has tried to mask his socialism with careful P.R. and a mantra of hope and change.
The veil has been lifted and now voters are getting a chance to see him as he is. Whether he can be stopped is still in question.
