Funny, There's No Controversy at This Year's Easter Egg Roll

Well, there was some controversy about tickets showing up on eBay, but no complaints from the folks who were griping in years past:
WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama officially opened the annual Easter Egg Roll Monday, calling it "one of the greatest White House traditions."

Obama and his wife, Michelle, appeared with Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, on a balcony overlooking the South Lawn where hundreds of children were scurrying for positioning for the egg-rolling competition. Malia and Sasha Obama, the president's daughters, were also there.

Obama initially could only wave to the crowd, thanks to nonworking microphones. He looked around for help, and finally the sound system started working.

They were probably just waiting for the teleprompter to boot up.

The malcontents I referred to in the opening paragraph were the gay rights proponents who did their best to infiltrate the Egg Roll during Bush years. I guess they didn't have a problem getting tickets this year (assuming they had an eBay account).
