Hate Crimes Foolishness
Sen. Jim DeMint spoke on the floor of the Senate today regarding the hate crimes nonsense that the Democrats attached to the Defense Appropriations Bill. It was a good speech and one I agree with completely. I've ranted on this issue for years - you can't criminalize thought and stay within the Constitution:
