In judicial heaven, Justices William Howard Taft, Thurgood Marshall, Earl Warren and the rest had a Whiskey Tango Foxtrot moment.
Well, now we know that Franken never technically “played” a fool on television.

Thurgood Marshall was a judge for 4 years before SCOTUS.
Earl Warren was a judge for 0 years before SCOTUS.
Sonia Sotomayor has been a judge for 17 years.
So she beats them on judge experience.
