Serpenthead Offers Some Really Bad Advice

James Carville offers the Democrats some really bad advice:

James Carville tells CNN that Dems should let the GOP filibuster health legislation, then "run against a do-nothing Congress" in 2010.

Two things:

1. You can run against a "GOP do-nothing Congress" when the GOP is in control. A "do-nothing Congress" run by Democrats will cause Democrats to get the blame.

2. Given the public outcry against Obamacare, Republicans who stand up to Democrats on the health care issue will not be seen as "do-nothing", but will be seen a heroes. The "do-something stupid" Democrats will pay the price.
