"We believe we're at war," said Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, who stood with a number of senators that included Democrats and Sen. Joe Lieberman of Connecticut, an independent.

We hve been and are at war with a vile enemy. These murderers should be tried in a military court and if found guilty executed by the military. They are not entitled in any way to a civilian trial in our court system which would be paid by the taxpayers. Obama is completly nuts on his proposal to close Gitmo and house these nuts in our U.S. prisons, then give them a trial in our court system.
