Morning Jolt

Every day I get the Morning Jolt email newsletter from Jim Geraghty at National Review, but this morning I got another morning jolt at 4:04 am thanks to an earthquake in Pico Rivera. The 4.4 shaker woke me up and rattled everything in the room, but there was no damage.

Now we wait for aftershocks and to see if this thing might have been the 1 in 20 event that's a foreshock of a bigger quake to come within 24 hours. Let's hope not.
