Where Have We Heard This Before?

Sen. Chris Dodd and Rep. Barney Frank, two of the crooks most responsible for the collapse of the banking and housing industries, have just written a massive new financial bill.  Here's what Dodd had to say about it:

No one will know until this is actually in place how it works.

Where have we heard that before? How about Nancy Pelosi's statement about Obamacare?

But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it...

And since then what we've been finding has been all kinds of ugly. The bill doesn't do what it promised, and I fully expect the banking bill will have the same devastating effect on the economy.
