Political Quote of the Day

From First Lady Michelle Obama, when discussing the new law which seeks to regulate what kids eat in various school lunch/breakfast/dinner programs, and what's in school vending machines:

“We can’t just leave it up to the parents."

And there you have it, liberalism in a nutshell (or nutcase, as the the case may be).  Government knows best and if they don't tell you what to do you'll never be able to figure it out on your own.  After all, parents don't care as much about their kids as the government does.
