My wife is a big fan of movies featuring members of the British Royal Family (personally, I've never understood why the monarchy still exists, but that's a subject for another time). This weekend we saw two such movies - The Young Victoria, which we rented, and The King's Speech which we saw in the theater. I have to say, both were excellent.
I could try and write reviews, but my movie blogger friend Laura is much better at it than I am, so I'm going to refer you to her excellent reviews of both movies: The Young Victoria and The King's Speech.
I'll just leave you with two thumbs way up for both films.
