MSNBC Declares Bill Clinton "President of the World"

MSNBC and Chris "Tingle Up My Leg" Matthews plan a giant wet kiss to Bill Clinton. From the press release:

Bill Clinton hasn't been treated that good since Monica Lewinsky in the room off the Oval Office.  I wonder if Matthews will be wearing a blue dress?
