"There is some racism in this bill," he said. What horrendous miscarriage of justice could this be?
"This is a shameful day," Sen. Bob Jauch, D-Poplar, said. "It is the day that democracy died."
The Wisconsin Senate passed a bill that requires photo ID to vote. That's it. Photo ID. The same thing you have to do anytime you want to cash a check. The same thing you have to do to get on an airplane. Or drive a car. Show ID.
Look at this from one Senator:
He and other critics said the bill would discourage people from voting, especially students, seniors, minorities, and those with disabilities.Bovine excrement! All of those people have ID now that they have to use for various purposes. The only people who will be discouraged from voting are those who shouldn't be voting in the first place, and that's exactly what this bill will stop - the fraud.

You have to show photo ID at most pharmacies to get cold medicine these days. Are liberals making the argument that cold medicine is a bigger threat than voter fraud?
Absolutely, Larry! Because fraudulent voters don't WANT cold medicine.
