Be Sure Your Ex Will Torch Your Campaign

That title is a variation on the Bible verse Numbers 32:23 that says in part "be sure your sins will find you out".  This headline from Drudge:
NEWT EX UNLOADS ON CAMERA; NET DEBATES 'ETHICS' OF AIRING BEFORE PRIMARY
The subheads say:
Marianne Gingrich has said she could end her ex-husband's career with a single interview.
Earlier this week, she sat before ABCNEWS cameras, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned... MORE... Developing...
EX-WIFE OF 18 YEARS: NEWT NOT FIT TO BE PRESIDENT...
DURING LEWINSKY, CLINTON WARNED CHEATING NEWT 'YOU'RE ALOT LIKE ME'...
When it comes to Republicans the mainstream media has no ethics. Their decision will be made on political grounds, depending on how they think the revelations will affect the Obama campaign. If running them now helps Obama, they'll run it now. If it hurts Obama, they'll hold it until it will help - like when Newt surprises everybody and beats Romney.

UPDATE:
ABCNEWS suits determined it would be "unethical" to run the Marianne Gingrich interview so close to the South Carolina Primary, a curious decision, one insider argued, since the network has aggressively been reporting on other candidates.

A decision was tentatively made to air the interview next Monday, after all votes have been counted.
This will pretty much guarantee Romney the win in South Carolina and the nomination. I don't think conservatives will suddenly turn to Rick Perry or Rick Santorum instead of Newt. I expect Newt's numbers to collapse with this thing hanging over his head.

UPDATE 2: ABC now says the interview will air Thursday night during Nightline. I won't be watching.
