I'm concerned about the very heart of America, the 90-95 percent of Americans who right now are struggling."Read in context it's not a terrible statement, but it won't be in context when it appears in anti-Romney ads. They'll only use the first sentence I put in bold above and Romney will be portrayed as a heartless evil rich guy.
He's got to learn to be more careful with his words. In this touchy-feely world we live in, saying the words "I don't care" or derivatives thereof (like "I'm not concerned") followed by just about anything else is sure to get the media and the left's undies in a wad. To the left, caring is all that matters, not what you actually do.
