Supreme Court Justice Breyer Robbed at Machete Point

They say a conservative is a liberal that's been mugged.  I wonder what effect this will have on Justice Breyer:
Justice Stephen Breyer was robbed last week by a machete-wielding intruder at his vacation home in the West Indies, a Supreme Court spokeswoman said Monday.

The 73-year-old Breyer, wife Joanna and guests were confronted by the robber around 9 p.m. EST Thursday in the home Breyer owns on the Caribbean island of Nevis, spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said. The intruder took about $1,000 in cash and no one was hurt, Arberg said.

She said the robbery was reported to local authorities, but she did not know if an arrest has been made. The U.S. Marshals Service is assisting local authorities and the Supreme Court Police with the investigation, Marshals Service spokesman Jeff Carter said.
I'm glad he's okay, but I wonder how he feels about gun control now? He was one of the votes in favor of the D.C. gun ban that almost cost us our 2nd Amendment rights.

“I believe that it's important—it's important for me, personally, and for a lot of people in the situation that I'm in, to be able to defend myself and my family.”
-Democrat Jim Webb, explaining why HE needs a handgun in the Capitol where handguns are forbidden for everyone else

“Let others call me a hypocrite because I fired a gun in a moment of personal peril. I shall still be for strict gun control. But as long as authorities leave this society awash in drugs and guns, I will protect my family.”
-Carl Rowan, liberal gun control advocate, after shooting a teenager for skinny-dipping with his girlfriend in Rowan's backyard pool.

Breyer will likely think, like Webb and Rowan, that he should be allowed to arm himself because he is in a special line of work. Crony-Liberties.
