I told you about three weeks ago of the situation we suddenly found ourselves in regarding my mother-in-law and her failing health. We visited her in the nursing home yesterday and things were not looking good.
We just got word that she passed away this afternoon. In some ways it's probably a blessing given that there won't be a prolonged stay in a depressing nursing home, but still the loss is significant. My wife and family could certainly use your prayers right about now as we figure out what comes next.
