Aging Stones Need Teleprompter

A couple weeks back I had the story about the dearth of tickets being sold to the Rolling Stones concerts in their home country of Britain, and how in an effort to fix the shortage they were being marketed to senior citizens groups. Today there's a story that at 63 the words to the classic Stones songs just don't come so easily to the aging Mick Jagger:
It's not easy being 63 -- just ask Mick Jagger.

The aging rocker is using a Teleprompter-type device called an Autocue in the battle against rock'n'roll amnesia, accoding to the Times of London newspaper.

The onstage monitors scrolls through the lyrics to the Rolling Stones' classic songs in time with Jagger's delivery. It even tells him the name of the city where he is performing, and cues his between-song ad-libs, the Times reported.

The Autocue isn't foolproof, though: Jagger sang the same verse of "Ruby Tuesday" twice at last week's concert in Glasgow during a show broadcast across the world by BBC Radio 2.

Hey, it happens to all of us, Mick. However, when your fans start throwing support hose at you, it's time to quit.
