I just heard on the news that the FCC turned down the request by the Phil Angelides campaign for equal time on the Tonight Show. After Governor Arnold appeared on the show a couple of weeks ago, Phil got his tighty whities in a wad because he didn't get an invitation too.
Sorry Phil, you're neither entertaining nor news.
