Lord Stanley's Cup is coming to Southern California as the Anaheim Ducks beat the Ottawa Senators 6-2 in Game 5 of the Finals. Congrats to the Ducks! It's the first national championship for a Southern California team since the Angels won the World Series in 2002.
Since the only ice we ever see around here goes in our drinks, it's kind of a strange place to have a hockey champion, but we'll take it.
Looks like the United States Senators aren't the only Senators having a bad day.
