I'm pretty much convinced that Fred Thompson is the right guy for the job. He certainly best mirrors my own positions and thoughts on government. Joe Carter, once a Fred guy, is now a pretty determined Huckabee fan and in a lengthy article at Evangelical Outpost makes the case for Huckabee. You can read it here.
If Huckabee becomes the nominee I'll support him, but for now I'm gonna stick with Fred.
