Be Careful Who You Tick Off

In this day of the internet and YouTube, service providers need to be careful how they handle their customers because the next thing they know they could find some rather scathing reviews available for all the world to see. A few weeks ago I wrote a piece panning Chili's new mini tacos and it's surprising how many times a day somebody hits that piece.
