It's becoming increasingly clear that she's suffering from Carolyn Kennedy disease. Kennedy thought when she threw her name in the ring for the New York Senate seat it would just be handed to her as some sort of family legacy. Coakley thought that because she was a Democrat the seat was hers for the asking, no campaigning or dealing with tough issues required.
Both were wrong. And both were completely unsuited for the job.
