Looks like the decision to do an interview on Fox News was not such a good idea for The One. I haven't seen the interview yet, but according to reports I'm reading it was pretty contentious and combative. Here are a couple of links to reviews: Here and here.
Also, Obama isn't worried about the use of an unconstitutional procedure.
