I'm hearing this morning that Newt is mocking Mitt because Mitt pays an income tax rate of about 15% while Newt says he pays 31%. Obviously much of Mitt's income is capital gains while Newt's must be ordinary income. However, that's beside the point.
If GOP candidates start bragging that they pay more taxes than others, we're screwed.
